Deadlines · not documents

Your pet’s flight has a start date, not just a departure date.

Most owners find out at 60 days that they needed to start at 210.

Free. No account. If your pet can’t fly, we tell you that for free too.

Every requirement traces to a named government or airline source — re-verified on a schedule, not guessed once and left stale.

The order is the regulation

Six steps, and the order is the law.

  1. Everything starts here. A vaccination given before the chip doesn't count.
  2. Must come after the chip. Out of order, and the clock restarts.
  3. A blood test, sent to an approved lab. Japan adds a 180-day wait after it.
  4. This is the part that strands pets. Nothing you can pay to skip.
  5. A narrow window — typically 10 days before departure.
  6. Only an accredited vet can submit it. Then it's federal turnaround time.
  7. Miss this and the flight moves. That's the date we exist to give you.

Eligibility, not paperwork

Perfect documents, refused at the counter.

Breed

French Bulldogs, Persians, Pugs — embargoed in cargo by most carriers. No amount of paperwork changes it. We check the breed before you pay.

Temperature

Carriers refuse cargo when ground temperature at any stop breaches their limits. We model every station on your itinerary, for your departure month.

Cabin vs. cargo

Some destinations prohibit cabin entry outright. If you booked a cabin seat, the plan was invalid before it was written.

These strand more pets than paperwork does.

Provenance

Sources, not claims.

Every requirement carries the source it came from and the date we last checked it. A requirement whose date is stale isn’t a requirement — it’s a guess, and we mark it as one.

Government and airline sources are public. What we do is resolve them against your route, your class and your date — and re-check them on a clock.

Where we stop

What we won’t tell you.

We don’t cover Australia or New Zealand. Those routes involve mandatory quarantine, run six months, and need a licensed agent — so we’ll hand you to one instead of guessing.

When we don’t know a route, we say so and offer a researched plan built by a person. We never generate a partial plan. A plan that quietly leaves out a jurisdiction is the worst thing this product could hand you.

Why this is different

A checklist isn’t a plan.

Most pet travel advice is a list of documents to collect. It doesn’t say what order they go in, or which date each one is chained to — so “done” can still mean “too late.”

A generic checklist

  • Microchip ✓
  • Rabies vaccine ✓
  • Titer test ✓
  • Health certificate ✓
  • USDA endorsement ✓

Everything is checked off. Nothing says by when, or in what order.

Rovina’s dated sequence

  • MicrochipJun 2
  • Rabies vaccineJun 24
  • Titer test, then a 180-day waitAug 14
  • Health certificateOct 5
  • USDA endorsementOct 9

Same five steps. Every one has a date, and the order is enforced.
